Thanks to Christina’s guidance, I was prepared for all college application requirements and steps far before any due dates arrived. We started working together two years before the actual application season, and Christina provided me with a clear idea of how to organize my timeline, encouraged me to take educational initiative, and helped me select schools that would best suit me.

I had a clear idea of where I was applying, multiple essays prepared and polished, as well as information compiled in order to streamline the process when the time arrived. Christina also helped me stay on track of these essays and exterior requirements by consistently emailing reminders and checking in at the beginning of every meeting. Her feedback was specific and allowed me to improve both my essay writing skills and professionalism. I was able to complete all 26 of my applications in a timely manner and stress free!

Christina was very supportive of my unconventional college pursuits from day one. If I had to go through the application process all over again, I would choose Christina as an advisor!

Tony - Yale 2028

I'd like to share some good news with you. I got admission offers from Yale, UPenn, Berkeley, Georgetown, and USC. I'll most likely go to Yale. Thank you for everything! It was a wonderful experience working with you. I especially appreciate your time and effort in discussing ideas with me. It helped me sort out all my jumbled thoughts and put them into words. I also appreciate your reminders, check-ins, and constant encouragement to keep me on top of my applications. One experience that stood out to me was how quick and supportive you were when I asked for interview prep and my mock interview.

Very helpful in getting our daughter accepted to several colleges to include USC and Santa Clara University. Excellent resources for the college application process. Christina Dalton was dedicated, responsive and very knowledgable of the process. She was absolutely committed to our success and significantly facilitated the process for us.

Felix - Vanderbilt 2028

Dear Ms. Dalton:

Something cool that happened since we last met was getting an offer for a per diem job at Brigham and Women’s Hospital’s Newborn Medicine to work for the PI of the study I was previously a youth advisory board member for!

I also heard back from several colleges. These are the decisions I heard back from in order:

  • EA UMass Amherst - Accepted - Non-Honors

  • EA UMich - Deferred

  • EA UNC-Chapel Hill - Accepted - very happy with this one! - I don’t think they had honors

  • ED2 Vanderbilt - Accepted - Just heard back and am very excited to be attending next year

I have to withdraw the rest of my applications so those are all I get back. I also had interviews for the following schools: Stanford (twice because for some reason my initial interviewer was removed from the alumni association), Middlebury, Cornell (half info session half interview). and Dartmouth.

Thanks so much for helping me throughout this whole process! I couldn’t have done it without your feedback and gentle guidance when I was feeling unmotivated.

Best,

Future Commodore :) Felix Lou
